Cancellation Policy
At Patapooch Pet Care, we strive to provide the best care and adventure for your furry friends. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. **General Services (excluding housesitting) **: - We require at least **24 hours' notice** for cancellations of all services. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of **100%** of the service fee.
2. **Housesitting Services**: - A **nonrefundable 50% deposit** is required to secure your housesitting dates. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. - Cancellations must be received at least **two weeks** prior to the scheduled start date to avoid additional charges, and 50% of your deposit is refundable at that point. - If you cancel within **two weeks** of the scheduled start date, you will be charged **50%** of the total balance due. - In the event that your travel plans change partway through your trip, no refunds will be offered, and the entire balance will be due. – For housesitting requests made on within two weeks of start date, 50% of the total balance is due upon booking. All housesits are to be paid in full by the date of departure.
